Independent Brokers Agreement & Referral Plan CornerStone Homes & Construction LLC. agrees to pay $1000.00 to any individual who refers some one to CornerStone Homes, who then purchases a Home through CornerStone Homes. The $1000.00 independent broker’s fee will be paid to our registered broker* within 3 days of closing the loan on the referred persons Home.

Brokers terms and whole agreement; Any individual who desires to refer someone to our company and then in turn the person purchases a home through CornerStone Homes, you agree to act as a Broker so that CornerStone Homes & Construction LLC can pay you a Brokers fee. After your first check an IRS W-9 form will be required. (Tax ID # ) Any taxes if any that may be due on the Brokers fee will be the responsibility of the Broker.
